Refund policy
Starting out as a small business, we currently do not offer a returns policy. However, if you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase we do accept refunds within reason.
In the event you receive your goods damaged or faulty, we require written and photo/video evidence to support your claim before a refund can be successfully processed.
We also reserve the right to deny a refund if the circumstances do not fit within outlined criteria of faulty or damaged goods.
